Designed for the fit adrenaline junkies who train for obstacle races. Your goal is intensity, fun, and building endurance.
Crafted for people who want a lifestyle change. This is a balanced blend of 4 hours workout + 3 hours education and wellness focus.
Perfect for those who are focused on results (lbs shed, inches lost, body fat % drop). This is the 6 hours workout + 1 hour education.
