Here at Fit Farm, we take your performance seriously. That’s why we’ve spent years honing a specialized approach to creating a specific athletic training program. Every journey to Fit Farm begins with finding your FIT LEVEL and continues the moment you set foot on our campus. Below is our five-facet approach to your program.
When you arrive at Fit Farm you will go through a comprehensive series of body and health metric assessments designed to help you meet your goals. Over the course of your stay, you’ll be tested periodically to monitor your progress allowing us to change your nutritional and training regimens based on these results.
At Fit Farm we use your baseline testing data to craft an individualized program. During your stay, we will track your success to continually optimize for best results. While on the farm, you will build a 30-day plan to keep you focused and confident for your return home.
Our Fit Farm kitchen wizards create savory, healthy foods that are portioned and plated for the perfect amount of protein and carbohydrates ensuring maximum performance. Your meals are weighed out to the exact gram of nutrients outlined in your plan. By the time your stay is finished, you’ll have more confidence in your approach to food.
As a critical component of your plan, we build your training schedule specifically to help you achieve results you never thought possible. Dedicating 7 hours of focused physical training with passionate trainers pushing and supporting you the entire way, scaling any exercise to your current fitness abilities.
Having the right feedback is an essential part of managing your training regimen. We use the Fitbit platform to ensure consistent tracking every day, allowing us to make quick adjustments to your plan.
