Research shows roughly 80% of weight loss success is based on what we eat; hence why a structured weight loss meal plan is a must. Here at Fit farm, we believe in a life-long, mindful focus on real food. Our 14 day meal plan has all the nutrients you need for your body during our intense program and comprises 45% carbohydrates, 35% protein, and 20% fat.
You’ll expect to be placed on a caloric deficit based on your R.M.R. (Resting Metabolic Rate). Your meals are split into 3 meals + 2 snacks per day. This structure and schedule helps you stay full throughout your day. To make your journey easier, you will not fall into any temptation thanks to our secluded location. That is the difference of our weight loss camp.

At Fit Farm we’re not interested in crash diets. When we say our culinary specialists work to develop a perfectly customized 14 day weight loss meal plan to fuel and support your stay with us, we don’t mean the starvation plan. You probably know by now quick fixes and fads don’t work. And worse yet – they don’t address the root problems we all face.
For lasting results, we’ve created a combination of experiences to make clean, healthy eating a part of everyday life. Through workshops, hands-on education, and scouting trips, you have the opportunity to create your own recipe for success.

We take you from the classroom out to the real world. Practice skills such as reading labels and shopping tricks to navigate the challenge of buying groceries and eating out successfully.

At Fit Farm kitchen labs, you’ll experience what it means to cook and eat for the real world while we teach you how to prepare savory meals you can easily recreate at home.
