SUGGESTIONS ON WEAR AND GEAR

While working out your clothing should be very comfortable and our general campus is quite informal so please feel free to dress casual during other times as well. Above all though, you will need good, supportive aerobic and walking/running shoes. Also, please refrain from bringing jewelry or other high-end valuables. We do not assume liability for lost or stolen property, But we do provide a safe for each guest. Additionally, a warm jacket and outerwear IS ADVISED during our cooler months: October, November, December, and January. Yes, we have WiFi in all accommodations and throughout the main lodge as well as common areas in the cabins. Due to our location, cellular service can be somewhat spotty, depending on your wireless carrier and device.

Our executive center upstairs in the main lodge provides workstations where you can connect with your friends and loved ones.

Fit Farm is located on 160 acres of rolling countryside. Our guest cabins are located between the main lodge and the Whippy Barn. Each cabin has different configurations of singles, doubles, and suites, with access to indoor and outdoor common areas. CLICK HERE for more information about our cabins.

In addition to our guest cabins, Fit Farm features a pool area located conveniently in the heart of our village area for both training program usage and recreational swimming during non-training hours. CLICK HERE for more information about our on-site activities.

Yes, only Fit Farm guests and staff are allowed on the premises.

Please refrain from bringing jewelry or other high-end valuables. We do not assume liability for lost or stolen property, but we do provide a safe for each guest.

We recommend that you bring a flashlight with you to walk the paths at night. Flashlights are for sale in the general store as well.

Check in hours are between 12:00 noon and 7:00PM on Saturdays. Check out hours are on Saturday between 9:00AM and 11:00AM, and guests are still welcomed to continue their fitness journey with us or enjoy our activities while waiting for shuttle pickup on Saturdays.
The Main Lodge is open from 7:00AM to 10:00PM daily.

Fit Farm Staff are on-site between 7:00AM and 7:30PM daily.

The General Store is open between 9:00AM and 5:30PM daily.

Your entire fitness training program, initial/exit fitness assessment, lodging accommodations, customized meal plan, periodic snacks, in-room WiFi, and take-home material is included in the rate of your weekly package. We provide a minimum week-long, all-inclusive, customized boot camp experience for all fitness levels. We host weekly workshops on nutrition and related topics within a typical 7-hour training schedule.
Strictly speaking, participation is entirely at the discretion of our guests. We encourage maximum participation and engagement with our customized fitness plans, which our trainers tailor to your individual body and health metrics during your incoming orientation. During your daily, dedicated 7-hour fitness training, it is critical that you engage with as many of the workout classes and nutrition workshops as you can, and ultimately – this will set you up for success both during camp and beyond. It is completely up to you.
You may find that the intensity of the training regimen prompts a natural desire and body ‘wind down’ period in the evenings when we encourage you to relax, read, eat the healthy meals we prepare on your meal plan, and visit our sanctuary loft area – all without the hassle of doing any of the cooking or cleaning. Once you get into a groove, you may want to check out our ON-SITE ACTIVITIES AND OFF-SITE EXCURSIONS both on campus and in the surrounding area.

Each cabin has a washer and a dryer free of charge. Private suites have their own washer and dryer facility.
For insurance and safety reasons, Fit Farm is an 18+ facility.
Fit Farm is proud to be the only boot camp (we know of) that invites our guests to come and “sweat it out” alongside their canine companions! Our Fit Farm “Pet Sweat” facility welcomes dogs of all breeds and ages to join in the workout-fun and explore the wide open spaces of our farm (under the caring supervision of our Fit Farm doggy handlers). In keeping with Fit Farm’s commitment to a transformative, life-changing environment, neither alcohol or caffeine is provided on the farm. Also, while it is not forbidden, we strongly recommend smoking cessation during your stay for optimal success.

If you choose to purchase merchandise or accessories from our general store at the main lodge, or schedule any additional services and activities such as a massage, personal training, nutritionist, or life coaching from our instructors, then additional fees or charges would apply, unless otherwise specified in your package.
