HOUSE OF CARDS EXERCISE ROUTINE INSTRUCTIONS

Using the deck of cards flip over the first card in the deck and do the number on the suite of the given card. For instance if you pull 2 of Hearts, you perform 2 sit ups. If you pull 10 of Spades you do 10 jump squats.

Aces = 14 Kings = 13 Queens = 12 Jacks = 11

 

Go through the entire deck until you are done. There are only 2 jokers in the deck and every Joker you must perform 10 Burpees.
