Fit Farm takes pride in providing real food for real life. You'll get 3 meals + 2 snacks a day. Your meal plan is customized per your RMR.
BODY TESTING
Winners know the score. For our 1 week programs, you'll get your before/after 3D scan styku that will show your results in inches and lbs!
WORKSHOPS
Your path to success begins with our daily educational workshops. You'll be prepped with everything you need to know before you head home.
GROUP OUTINGS
A little bit of rest can take you a long way. With Nashville being so close, you'll enjoy some relaxing and fun group outings during your off day.

** Weekend warrior program pricing doesn’t include testings (Resting Metabolic Rate + 3D Body Styku Scan). That could be added for an extra $200.
Guests looking to bring pets would stay at a single room or above and have additional fees as below:
- $25 Daily pet fee (non-refundable)
- $50 One time de-petting fee (non-refundable)
- $250 Refundable pet deposit

SHARED ROOM
284-square-foot room with full beds (divider for privacy), separate vanity and shower rooms, sitting area, 48-inch TV, and connected to 288-square-foot common area. Sleeps 2.
SINGLE ROOM
200-square-foot room with full bed, private bathroom, sitting area, 48-inch TV, and connected to 288-square-foot common area. Sleeps 1.
SUITE
284-square-foot room with king-sized bed, private bathroom, washer and dryer, sitting area, refrigerator and drink station, 52-inch TV, and private entrance.

NIGHTLY RATES
Escape for a quick HEALTHY GETAWAY of 1 or more nights. Nightly rates include meals and shake but DON’T include participation in the fitness courses. To participate in the fitness courses, you may purchase day passes for $200/day.
Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is received by FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC within 30 days prior to date of arrival, No Refunds allowed. Client is able to bank weeks up to 12 months of purchase, Black-out dates will apply.
If notice of cancellation is received by FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC more than 30 days prior to date of arrival, the refund is in the amount of payment minus a $500 cancellation fee. Client is able to bank weeks up to 12 months of purchase, Black-out dates will apply.
If Client checks-in and are unable to complete the duration of the stay for any reason, the unused weeks can be banked to use for up to 12 months following the original check in date. Black- out dates apply.
If Client changes original arrival date to FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC facility, Black- out dates will apply with a rebooking fee of $50.
