At Fit Farm we focus on changing current behaviors for fitness, eating, and general wellness. This is the perfect wellness vacation you’ve always dreamed of! Our reTHRIVE Wellness Retreat Program consists of 3 hours of daily health and active wellness + 4 hours of fitness training.

This wellness program is crafted for people who want a lifestyle change with a bit less intensity than a Full-Throttle. You will be tagging along with Full-throttle peeps for 4 hours throughout the day and break out to less intense wellness activities and education for the rest of the 3 hours. Our fitness program includes a minimum of 7 hours of rigorous fitness training per day emphasizing a systematic approach designed to challenge your current fitness level and achieve your potential, including cardio, resistance training, weight training, and other cutting-edge fitness formats. We work with you from the ground up based on your current experience level, starting with basic gym education, mobility/flexibility growth, and posture alignment before moving on to advanced levels. Our program is designed to maintain the optimal heart rate throughout your stay to burn the most calories without burning you out for future sessions.
